Processing Time

All orders placed on nilei.id are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted couriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, etc.). Estimated delivery time:

• Indonesia (domestic): 2–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or holidays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping is available for purchases over Rp [isi nominal promo jika ada].

Tracking

Once shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email or WhatsApp so you can monitor the delivery status.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Nilein is not liable for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed or Lost Orders
